 Manage and maintain the Windows server 2008 R2 enterprise. Configure and maintain all HP & 3 com switches. Manage and maintain HSIA server for guest internet access. Troubleshoot Micros Systems M9700 issues and recommend strategies to mitigate future occurrences. Troubleshooting card door access system issues and recommend strategies to prevent future occurrences. Configure & Troubleshoot MITEL VOIP phones and propose new strategies to keep noise disruptions to a minimum. Troubleshoot wireless connection issues and recommend strategies to keep network strong and set backup plans in case of breakdowns. Configure all desktops & laptops to the highest international standards. Configure & Troubleshoot TRIPLEPLAY IPTV system. Troubleshoot VRTECH IP TELEPHONE system for the guests and propose new innovative strategies to mitigate future occurrences. Active Directory Management and ensure the directory is fully functional. Handle and maintain all Security Camera Systems and CCTV technology. Back office System Maintenance: Opera, Micros, Sun System, MC and Paytrax Maintain and store all relevant records of software licenses and ensure all up to date. Process the monthly payroll using Paytrax System and develop new ways to make the system more effective and faster at processing. Monitor and audit the salary payments and adjustments of all employees. Verify data entry of new hires, terminations and various status changes. Update and maintain direct deposit information for all employees. Perform payroll auditing pre and post processing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial reconciliation. Check and monitor the attendance of employees on a regular basis. Work with HR on various HR-Payroll duties such as benefits program and new hire salary packages

 Configure and preserve all WDS services to the highest international standards Configure and maintain a redundant server for WDS in case of breakdowns. Capture base images for laptops/desktops and deploy this in WDS. Handle & resolve all second level escalations & develop sound strategies to prevent future escalations. Troubleshoot Operating systems like Windows XP, Vista and Windows7. Configure and troubleshoot all VOIP and VLAN issues. Configure and troubleshoot secure wireless (WPA2) in laptops. Support and resolve network issues with VPN lines. Remote administration via Microsoft SMS Remote administration tool. Form image of machines from WDS and also from Ghost images. Configure company email accounts in laptops and desktops and resolve any issues in outlook and other email origins. Troubleshoot all network and software related issues in Apple Mac and Linux Systems.
