- Proactive Communication: Maintaining regular contact with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure they understand procedures and status. Following up on past engagements to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Store Manager
- Serves as the Store Manager for the John’s Creek location. Directly responsible for managing the business operations and leading a team of sales members to deliver results.
- Ensuring productivity and financial profitability goals are met through measures such as proper scheduling, controlling expenses and consistently coaching to meet the company standards and target.
