I work in the logistics practice team of Nagarro. At logistics practice, we handle the project activities from 4 verticals such as Shipping logistics, eCommerce Logistics, warehousing, and Road & Rail transportation. Major responsibilities include but not limited to;Responsibilities• Preparation of RFP documents based on the existing and potential customers from the domains Shipping logistics, eCommerce Logistics, warehousing, and Road & Rail transportation. • Review the RFPs, Proposals and MSAs and support the logistics BU to submit the proposal related documentation to the customers.• Responsible to understand the project scope, get the required clarifications from different stakeholders, perform the estimation, track the project till the project closure and handover the deliverables to the stakeholders.• Act as single point of contact for all the stakeholders associated with the assigned projects.• Analyze all the new requirements from the existing clients and internal stakeholders and do the documentation of user stories & specification documents and create the backlog for the projects.• Responsible for translating the business requirements to the design and development team. This includes the preparation of User stories, SRS documents and CR documents.• Act as requirements owner and be responsible for business clarifications for internal and external stakeholders such as development team, testing team, sales & marketing team, etc.• Thought leadership activities to bring new accelerators and value-added solution concepts associated with the Logistics Practice areas. • Assist the sales & marketing teams for activities such as campaigns and reaching out to the potential customers from entire logistics spectrum. • Review the designs of the solution concepts, share the feedbacks and work with the concerned teams to convert the concept into a workable solution.

From the role of a Team Lead for Business Analysts in Lelab Software Pvt Ltd (a subsidiary of Leader Investment Group), I have been promoted to a role of Projects Director to handle all IT projects of the company. ProjectsDigi-iQ - Digi-iQ is a Business intelligence system developed by Unisys, which aims at addressing the critical needs of air cargo, proactively generate plan for the shipments in advance, monitor and manage the end-to-end transition of air cargo shipments from shipper to consignee. Digi-iQ is a CDMP solution for Airlines to follow the CiQ processes, to increase the operational efficiency of air cargo shipments to meet the industry standards. Digi-Mobile projects for Delta Airlines and Air CanadaDigi-Mobile is an intuitive mobility solution that empowers cargo operational staff with complete mobility and real-time visibility on operational transactions, streamlining every aspect of cargo management. I have played the role of a product owner for both the projects for Delta and Air Canada, following the Agile software development methodology, for enhancing the base product to meet the specific operations and business needs.Responsibilities• SME for the Airlines (America Airlines, United Airlines, Air Canada, Delta & SAS Cargo) for the Unisys CDMP-C solution Digi-iQ product suite.• Actively participated in the workshops conducting by IATA related to CDMP systems for improving the industry standards for air cargo shipments. Participated in the IATA workshops in Birmingham (UK), Chicago (US) and Budapest (Hungary).• Digi-iQ Product management by analyzing all the new requirements from the existing clients on all areas of Digi-iQ product suite.• Responsible for translating the business requirements to the design and development team. This includes the preparation of SRS documents and CR documents.• Actively participate in various levels of testing prior to the customer delivery to verify the new features/fixes.• Act as requirements owner and be responsible for business clarifications for internal teams.• Conducting workshops with customers. Provide training sessions, Fit & Gap Analysis, clarify various business scenarios, etc.

ProjectiCargo is an IBS product suite that caters to the automation needs of any cargo carrying airline. The product addresses core airline cargo operations, cargo terminal operations, ULD management, cargo revenue accounting, cargo revenue management as well as the current industry initiatives of Cargo 2000 and e-Freight. My Responsibilities• Perform Fit & Gap Analysis and requirements management for import, export, tracking and service recovery modules of iCargo.• Responsible for transforming the business requirements to the design and development team. This includes the preparation of SRS documents and CR documents.• Responsible for customer trainings – product training and training on the customer specific enhancements.• Handling the roles of a Single Point of Contact and Requirements Owner for various modules of iCargo in major implementations.• Conduct 5+ levels of testing including functional, regression, user acceptance, integration and performance to verify the customer’s needs are met.• Responsible for addressing business clarifications from development team.• Certifying functionalities after functional and system testing prior to the customer delivery.• Training & Support to the development team and testing team members on specific requirement.• Conducting workshops with customers.

In one word, my role is to make the customers comfortable in using FieldMax for their operations in the best possible way. And as part of it, I have to perform the activities such as studying the operations process followed by the client, collect the master data, create the master settings for the instance, do the testing and verification of all the features in the instance, conduct customer meetings for the installations, demos and for providing the user trainings, capture and analyse the additional requirements if any, documenting & communicating the additional requirements to the development team, making sure the deliverable are provided within the specified timeframe, and providing continuous support for the clients to make sure the operations are smoother.
