• Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process, including advising management, guiding, and coordinating the process• Conduct interviews with candidates based on the position specificationsScreen, interview, and prepare an ideal candidate slate• Oversee recruitment activities from the discovery stage to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations, until the candidate is onboard• Collaborate with business leaders and management at Diagnal to understand staffing, hiring needs, work environments, and job profiles• Proactively partner with hiring managers to identify effective sourcing strategies to select the most qualified candidates for each opening (stakeholder management)• Manage vendors involved in the recruitment process• Develop networks to identify the largest pool of potential candidates through internet sourcing, direct mailing, LinkedIn, industry leads and sources, key contacts, portals, and other sources• Build talent pipelines and maintain candidate relationships to ensure the right talent is available when needed• Conduct research, build, and report on market mapping to help hiring managers better understand the talent markets• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process• Propose ideas and suggestions for employer branding projects• Participate in continuous talent acquisition improvement activities• Contribute to related HR and office administration tasks and activities

• Manage all phases of full-cycle recruiting from preparation, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring and onboarding for both domestic and international clients.• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions and specifications.• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, including job posting optimization, sourcing methods, candidate assessment tools, and employer branding initiatives.• Creatively source top talents by leveraging Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Job boards, Social media, Cold calling and Employee referrals.• Review resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and shortlist potential candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.• Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track metrics.• Conduct reference checks and background verifications to validate candidate information.• Collaborate with hiring managers to finalize job offers, negotiate terms, and prepare offer letters.• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback on their application status.• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, proactively engaging with potential candidates for future opportunities.• Generate recruitment reports and analytics to assess the effectiveness of various sourcing channels and recruitment strategies.• Stay updated on labour laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and selection.• Foster long-term relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, hiring managers, and business leaders.
