Customer Service Manager
Current•The role involves handling Key Accounts and selling/ up selling in symbiosis portfolio of services, Maintaining congenial relations with key clients, for enhancing their satisfaction levels as well as generating avenues for enhancing business.•Develop strategic account level solutions✔ Build relationship with existing clients that drive revenue. Conduct proactive meetings to identify their key issues, performance status build loyalty, improve business✔ Bring industry insights and new market potential for Sales to optimize Sales strategy✔ Exceed customer expectations via responsiveness, providing best practices, marketplace knowledge and resolving technical issues✔ Lead account level conversations with Management team to evaluate account performance, develop short and long-term strategies and discuss upon up-selling opportunities✔ Maintain internal relationships to provide seamless account management and enable the ability to quickly respond to customer requests or escalations✔ Ensure timely collections of revenue by following up with the clients and keeping a track of payments
