Shikha is currently the Founder and Managing Partner of ASM Law Offices, a boutique Intellectual Property firm established in 2008. Shikha is an accomplished lawyer, who has dedicated her professional journey of almost two decades towards furtherance of IP rights of her clients and patrons. She has been at the forefront of handling Intellectual Property Matters, both on contentious as well as non-contentious issues. She holds special expertise in matters pertaining to trade marks, where she has hand-held some of the most iconic brands during both pre and post registration stages. While IP Litigation remains her forte, Shikha is also the preferred choice of many clients when it comes to designing IP strategy or advisory with respect to IP enforcement and litigation. She has been innovative in her approach towards IP solutions. Having appeared as counsel in many landmark decisions, her ability to discern complex IP issues with her legal perspective, the expanse of her experience and her negotiation skills have proven to be an asset for clients looking for efficient redressal of their concerns. Shikha is a member of the International Trade Marks Associate (INTA) and was also a member of the Legal Sub-Committee of the Commonwealth Games held in India in 2010. Additionally, She was a member of the Management Committee of a renowned group of educational institutions in India. Prior to establishing ASM Law Offices, Shikha has worked with legal stalwarts like Mr. Lalit Bhasin (President, Society of Indian Law Firms) and Mr. Chander M. Lall (Senior Advocate and Founder, Lall & Sethi Advocates).
