Currently, pursuing Phd in Clinical Psychology, NIMHANS in the field of addiction. Until now I was practising in the Centre for Addiction Medicine NIMHANS as a RCI Licensed Clinical psychologist; my interest lies in working with adults with substance use and traumatic experiences, especially using strength-based approaches. I have received training in Motivational Interviewing, Narrative therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy and Compassion focused therapy. Other therapy models I draw most heavily upon are Meaning-Centered Therapy and Dialectical behavior therapy.My additional interests are in music cognition and neuropsychology. I also enjoy creating Digital Illustrations focusing on Mental Health.
