Evaluated debt collection, reconciliation procedures, and credit note management, enhancing operational efficiency.- Led fixed asset audits across two Indian and one Hungarian plant with assets totaling 4,400 crores. Conducted physical verifications, revaluations, depreciation analyses, and asset budgeting, resulting in a significant 10% reduction in annual audit costs.- Performed end-to-end walkthroughs of various business processes including fixed assets and order-to-cash cycles, ensuring compliance with internal controls. Conducted sample testing to evaluate operational effectiveness and compliance.- Collaborated closely with managers to discuss audit findings, recommendations, and significant issues identified during audits.
