kipleX is a Co-creation Innovation Startup Studio and Early Stage Venture Capital Fund by Green Packet that will help building the future with you.-Part of the DesignX team that built mangro, a financial wellness startup by kipleX, a venture building company based in Kuala Lumpur.-Lead the entire Financial Health Check Tool product design from scratch, partnering with RinggitPlus that provides financial logic design while we take on the product design and technology know-how.-Launched MVP and continuously working on iteration and preparation for next phases.-Work together with PM closely in the initial discovery stage consist of research work and product planning.-Come up with interview scripts, recruiting, scheduling session and run user interviews for usability testing & concept testing, analyse and synthesise findings.-Collaborate with product, design and engineering team for continuous team and work process improvement.-Create design system that used across different products within mangro.-Work closely with engineers and involve heavily in product testing stage (UI & basic functional testing).kipleX was dissolved by Green Packet in Jan 2022.

Touch 'n Go x Ant Financial (formerly known as Alipay, an affiliate company of Alibaba Group)-Involved in the initial stage of the project, worked closely with cross-functional teams to define requirement, brainstorm and design a user journey with all user scenarios before presenting the idea to the stakeholder and C-levels.-Oversee and execute end to end aspects of projects, include understanding Alipay's technology capabilities function empowered by Ant Financial.-Lead the design solution for MOF's short-term economic recovery plan, eTunai Rakyat (2020) and eBelia (2021) that encourage users to claim fund from TNG eWallet, with total claim rate of 70% of upon campaign launch.-Lead design solution for financial services product such as GOpinjam(Microlending).-Lead overall in-app Online Payment verticals, enabling DuitNow QR, DuitNow Transfer and Alipay Connect that allows users to pay overseas with TNG eWallet.-Enhanced eKYC flow to increase conversion and success rate.-Provide initial stage's promotion design solution such as cashback and vouchers as part of the strategy to increase users motivation and users retention. The design solution is flexible and scalable to support multiple concurrent promotion requirement.-Continuously assisting internal team for continuous process improvement and also paperwork related matters.-Assisting copywriter to work on Chinese language translation for multilingual project.-Created an early stage version of UI Kit and responsible to create TNGD Design SystemAward: Employee of the Month October 2019
