• Provide administrative support and documentation pertaining to corrective action plans (i.e., RCA CAPA) with suppliers; ensure timely resolution. • Capture and report to supervisor financial expenditures for RSL testing with follow up reporting; create and maintain purchase order for compliance testing.• Organize multiple RSL Audit testing programs and work with Supervisor on risk analysis. Manage vendor outreach for RSL Testing Programs and ensure timely completion of testing.• Support Supervisor in review of licensee product and request samples to ensure conformance to Carhartt requirements; manage documentation and wear testing feedback.• Communicate with licensee partners to educate and share Product Safety information.• Understand the Carhartt testing matrix, protocols, and their proper application to Carhartt products.• Participate in RSL, Annual Vendor, Licensee, PD, and other meetings as required.• Keep abreast of new textile technologies, compliance trends (ex: Federal, State, Local, Provincial, NGO activity, AFIRM efforts, etc.) • Communicate and ensure supply chain compliance with applicable current regulations relating to Consumer Product Safety & Regulatory Compliance.• Understand and use the chemical labs data gathering software to capture reporting for PSC team.
