Provided administrative support to the Chief Administrative Officer for the Eisenhower Health Centers of Palm Springs and Cathedral City.

Shilo coordinated Windermere Southern California's training and education program for over 25 offices serving nearly 1000 professional Realtors, including DRE-approved continuing education courses for state licensure and a broad range of other training opportunities presented by the company's Brokers and staff. He also wrote the company's press and promotional materials, and provided a number of other administrative support functions. Prior to being selected as Director of Education, Shilo provided administrative support at the Palm Springs Main office, and worked with Windermere's Advertising Division.

Provided administrative support to approximately 25 realtors, owners and managers. Advertising, data entry, reception, office automation. New agent training. Incidental office repairs and maintenance. Word, Excel, Outlook, Thunderbird.

1985: Clerk/Typist then Secretary, Pharmacy Service. 1987: Recruited to Research Admin (R&D Service); ultimately promoted to Program Specialist GS-12, where he remained until relocating to Coachella Valley in 2001. Duties: administrative support for 250 research staff. Administrative member of R&D, Research Safety, Animal Care and Use, Medical Center Safety, Emergency Preparedness, JCAHO (Joint Commission) and other committees. Research liaison to Engineering; Environmental Mgm't; Police; Safety; Acquisition & Materiel Mgm't; and other Services. Research liaison to Stanford University Human Subjects Committee and Stanford Health Physics (nuclear safety). Conducted annual safety training for all Research staff; maintained equipment and space databases. Created quarterly e-mail R&D Safety and Information Newsletter to all research staff. Developed tools for productivity (spreadsheets, forms, reports). Wrote formal and informal correspondence. Worked with minimal supervision. Excellent references.
