I serve as the Head of Digital Technology at Active Minds. I help create the technical strategy and guide the organization through it, while also serving as the lead software developer and DevOps nerdess. Much of my role involves listening to people's needs across our ~60 employee organization and navigating a best-fit line solution to help meet those needs through technology while threading us towards succeeding in the key goals of the organization.

Previously Active Minds hired my business, Ellytronic Media, to serve as a web development agency and thought partner on several projects including Cause + Career and Evokate. The next evolution of that role was to join Active Minds part-time as a consultant to help pave forward the path for their new website. Active Minds has experienced significant growth over the last few years and recently launched a new strategic plan (2023-28). As such, my role in this ongoing project is to examine the 8000+ content pages, posts, etc., on the current website spanning from the last 20 years of the website and make recommendations for the goals, content, integrations, structure, and overall requirements of the next iteration of the website in relationship to the new strategic plan. As part of this process, I created detailed project timeline that identified representatives throughout the org to lead on the content for their programs, drafted an RFP for a website designer, made recommendations to senior leadership for additional positions needed to support this work moving forward, while also serving as a temporary fill-in for supporting day-to-day requests on the website from maintenance to new pages.

Nonbinary Software LLC is the successor to Ellytronic Media LLC, which spans from 2013 -> 2024. We're just in the process of finalizing this transition. Stay tuned for more details!
