I am the founder and clinical lead of Berkshire Menopause Clinic, a private dedicated women's health and menopause clinic. I am also an NHS based community gynaecologist and women's health GP. Prior to this, I practiced as an NHS hospital Gynaecologist, lending me the foundations to provide all rounded expertise in all aspects of women's health. I am also the resident women's health columnist for the Henley Standard newspaper and Henley Life magazine.I have always been passionate and dedicated to providing the highest level of care in women's health. I have over 15 years of experience and have been awarded extensive qualifications including Advanced Certification in Menopause Care and specialist accreditation from the British Menopause Society; Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists(MRCOG); Diploma of Faculty of Sexual & Reproductive Health (DFSRH); Post Graduate Certification (PGC) in Early pregnancy scanning; Letter of Competence in IntraUterine Techniques (LOC IUT) and SubDermal Implants (SDI). My further dedication to menopause care began when patients expressed a need for local expertise in Berkshire and South Oxfordshire supporting women through the peri-menopause, menopause and expertise gynaecology. This feedback and my desire to provide exceptional care inspired me to launch my very own service, Berkshire Menopause Clinic. I understand that each patient is unique, and provide personalised treatment plans suited to their individual needs. Lifestyle choices and nutrition play an important role in good health and I empower women to look after both mental and physical well being.    I continue to keep abreast with the up to date knowledge in women's health. All of my advice and treatments are in keeping with the latest high quality evidence-based research. I am really passionate about education and provide regular teaching and professional development events for colleagues, both in NHS and Private settings. I hope to motivate others so that all women get the best advice for their health needs. I also provides women's health and menopause teaching and training in the workplace, providing both virtual and in-person options to deliver these services. I educate school students with women's health, menopause, and life skills training such as breast examination, and preparing for cervical screening.Whether its hosting an educational talk, interactive workshops, or advice and guidance how to incorporate a menopause policy, I will support you or your company in being the best it can for women's health care.
