I worked as a Junior Operations Coordinator at Haqdarshak Empowerment Solutions, Bangalore, I worked in Social-welfare schemes and programmes of both Central and State governments. Major focus was given to the entrepreneurs, especially women entrepreneurs in MSME. I have worked with different Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to make their business ideas profitable and have introduced different welfare schemes for individual purposes too.

I was involved in organising and facilitating various programmes and campaigns for the Zero Waste Cities project based in Trivandrum. Also, I have been a part of the coordination of Brand Audit organised in 2017-18 by Global Alliance for Incinerator Alternatives.
