.Handling incoming customer complaints and return requests• Communicating and working with Client Service, Quality Control, Engineering, Shipping/Receiving, andany other internal departments to resolve any customer issues in an efficient and timely manner• Ensuring all customer complaints are entered into the complaint log for traceability• Issuing return orders as required and communicating all relevant information, policies, andpaperwork/logistics with the customer• Issuing replacement orders as required and ensuring they are sent out to the customer as soon as possible• Ensuring that all complaints are handled through to the Customer Resolution stage of the process• Meeting with the Quality Department on a weekly basis to review any open complaints and followups required, as well as to address any issues with backlogs or inefficiencies• Overall working with the Quality Department to manage and maintain the complaint log, ensureall information is as up-to-date as possible

Order pick-up collection and allocation of orders to the packaging team based on priority and resourcesavailable.• Facilitate proper communication and coordination among the production team, order fulfillment, packagingteams, and shipping teams to ensure a streamlined and efficient process.• Maintain records and send daily reports to the manager summarizing the packaging department's activities,including completed orders, pending tasks, and any notable issues.• Address any packaging-related challenges promptly, working with team members to find effective solutions.• When required, interpret mechanical drawings, and engage in production tasks.• Conduct quality checks on the finished products before release for distribution.• Active involvement in annual inventory management

• Interact with a diverse range of clients, and guests, providing excellent customer service and addressinginquiries in person or over the phone.• Maintain records of production, inventory, sales, maintenance, and quality control procedures.• Receive and document client issues and complaints, ensuring accurate and complete recording of details.• Communicate the resolution of client complaints in a clear and concise manner, providing updates on thecorrective measures taken.• Generate comprehensive documentation of each issue, its resolution, and any follow-up actions taken,maintaining an organized record for future reference.• Assisting in annual stamping and verification of weighting machines under Legal Metrology.
