Shilpi is a final-year PGDM-HRM student at MDI Gurgaon with a passion for leveraging data insights and digital technology to address modern day HR challenges.During her summer internship with Aditya Birla Group, she worked on an initiative aimed at streamlining skill-building for employees in technical roles. This experience honed her ability to address grassroots challenges and implement impactful policies.Holding a Bachelor's of Commerce (Honours) degree in Finance and Investment from Christ University, Bangalore, Shilpi has co-authored a research paper on Behavioural Biases in Investment Decisions and completed Level 1 of the International Introduction to Securities and Investment certification by CISI, further strengthening her analytical and financial acumen.Growing up in a business family, Shilpi developed strong interpersonal skills and an intrinsic interest in understanding people.
