Experienced HR professional with over 18 years of experience in both large organizations and start-ups. I've spent 10 years of my career in the media industry. Within media , I've worked across mediums, starting out with Print (magazines), Radio, Newspapers, Digital and now videos and short formats. Some of the other industries that I've worked in include airlines, hospitality, broadband/telecom, and IT. I have successfully led and implemented policies and processes, employee management, organizational restructuring and change management, employee benefits, employee relations , employee well-being, employee engagement and communication programs. I work towards creating a positive and productive work culture that leads to collaboration, growth and a positive employee experience.In my last role, as the Head of Human Resources at Brut India, I was leading a fast-paced digital media start-up and managed the entire people function with a focus on HR strategy, talent management, change management, organizational development, talent acquisition, employee policies and programs etc. I am a critical thinker and a conflict resolver and have a solution based approach to my work.
