Job Responsibilities:• Analyzing the staff requirement as per the time and involved in full life cycle recruitment .° Involved in HR orientation & Onboarding process°Conducting Employee Engagement programs such as Rewards & Recognition, Employee Grooming sessions, Fun at Work, etc.• Preparing Monthly mailers and Engagement Calendar. Timely maintenance of MIS.°Conducting Exit interviews for resigned employees.•Recruitment of new employees, cold calling, emailing candidates, conducting initial screening and scheduling of interviews for management.•Joining formalities, Appointments, Confirmations, Performance Appraisals, Performance Management.•Preparing of employee master sheet, document management, salary details, contact details & pay structures.•Tracking employees attendance, leave, timings etc.•Planning & Managing fun activities, training, team building, outings etc..
