• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with all Tea Super Stockiest available in Pan India via mail, whatsapp, and phone calls for All Operational Parts.• Centre point of contact for Pan India Super Stockiest Customer • Handling Channel Sales Team of 20 to 25 Person including ZSM , ASM , SO , SR etc. • Working as a Centre point of Contact / Functional Wall between HO Kolkata and Delhi Branch for Management , Plant and Logistics for Order Processing, Dispatches or arranging weekly , monthly and quarterly Reports • Independently handling CRM Software named as PEPUP SALES CRM which supports to Track sales persons working, Adding new customers, generating Reports related to Stocks, Customers etc.• Preparing Reports , MIS & Presentations for Senior Management or Reporting Manager (Assistant General Manager)• As EA to AGM (Delhi Office - Branch Head) in Arranging Interviews, Sales Review Meeting, Making Reports / PPT, Supporting in Sales Promotions Activities etc.• Making Dispatch Indents, Review Orders, Arranging Stocks, Ensure Timeline deliveries.• Monitoring and Keeping records of SKU wise Sales and Closing stocks on a month on month basis.• Managing Marketing and Promotional activities like Branding / Inflatables / Canopy etc. for Brand Promotion with the support of Reporting Manager.

• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with existing Key Customers.• Centre point of contact for Pan India Key Customer for All Operational Parts.• Time to time meeting with customer to understand their concern / queries / requirements and maximize to resolve and implements quickly and efficiently• Taking orders in advance with the customer of upcoming material / containers so that material will move directly from the Port which effects in reducing company storage and transportation cost.• Actively Taking parts in Auctions / RFQ to get the contract• Prepare Quotations and Performa Invoice , Arranging & Sending samples to customers and follow up with them about the results and feedbacks and approaching them for commercial orders.• Streamline & channelize the backend operations & supply chain to ensure timely delivery within Customer given timeframe.• Supporting Manager in Business development , Budget Planning and Negotiation with customer of new products • Develop future Sales Forecasting and meeting with reporting manager (MD) to plan strategically.• Monitoring All Warehouse Inventories and get in touch with logistic team daily so that material should send as per FIFO / Under Shelf life as per customer requirement.• Processing the purchase order and Follow ups with supply chain / Logistic Dept. for timely execution of orders with relevant documents. • Coordinating with other dept. such as Purchase , Accounts , Supply Chain , Customer Support , MIS , R & D etc. for smooth and effective operations.• Tracking the vehicle and inform to customer about the same.• Doing Payment follow up with customer for timely Revenue generation.• Analyze Sales data and prepare MIS reports and PPT for senior management as per their requirement.• Monitoring month on month target and takes order to achieve such target.• Manage multiple task for fulfilling all long and short term goals and objectives.

• New Products introduced for business development with existing Channel Partners through upcoming materials Presentation and Personal Quarterly Meeting with Samples.• Negotiation of Terms of Trade (TOT) margin, minimum guarantee with Channel Patterns.• Setting of yearly and monthly targets, as well as daily , weekly and monthly monitoring and facilating their achievement.• Coordinate with product team for product development , availability & product related issues.• Actively involved in monitoring and taking timely necessary step for increasing sales in SOR and SIS module.• Stocks Management – Setting Sku wise MBQ (Minimum Base Quantity) and ensuring inventory as per company norms.• Effectively handling 20+ store staff at Pan India level for increasing sales.• Keeping a check on the ageing stock in the stores and taking precisive steps to liquidate the non moving inventory.• Ensuring new & seasonal merchandise should timely deliver and receiving GRN with Display Pic of said material from the store through store staff.• Coordinating with Finance Dept. for outstanding payment and reconciliation of accounts.• Proactive handling all issues with the clients and satisfy them at par.• Making Reports , MIS & Presentations for Senior Management or Reporting Manager (Business Development Manager)
