Current• Managing the communication team consisting of PR, digital media, content writing and design to ensure behavior change outcomes of all projects and locations• Co-building communication strategies and plans for behaviour change campaigns and sub-campaigns with ground teams• Problem-solving for communication needs of the organisation• Responsible for quarterly reviews of Communication team members, creative agency and website agency • Coordinating with project teams to gather data and overseeing the preparation of quarterly, annual and other client reports• Set up efficient processes that are to be followed by the communication team and its interaction with other departments• Mentoring the members of the communication team and ensuring their professional growth in line with the company’s needs
