My position was initially administration and customer services I was then offered a supervisors position. My job was to make sure all work was allocated to the correct member of staff, dealing complaining clients, taking over any calls my team couldn't handle, checking emails, making sure all tasks were completed on that day, scanning, printing letters, photocopying, sending letters, dealing with customer enquiries by telephone, email, letter ensuring that a customers problem is brought to a satisfactory conclusion.

My duties included –  Data input, filing confidential details, scanning, printing letters, photocopying, sending letters to lenders. Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone, email, letter Ensuring that a customers problem is brought to a satisfactory conclusion Completing all administrative tasks and updating records. Using Word & Excel to create invoices. Dealing with lender problems, preparing packs and sending off complete packs. I also helped customer services when needed.
