Consults with department heads on appropriate actions and recommends to management final action to be taken. Ensure that all personnel files are updated and files according to the established system. Assist the People Services Director in the implementation and monitoring of an effective employee relations and welfare programme in the hotel. Ensures all new employees in coordination with Training Manager attend the hotel’s Orientation Programme in accordance with Kempinski guidelines. Ensures all staff facilities are maintained in good order and meet hotel’s cleanliness standards. Assists the HR Director in maintaining effective communications at all levels of management and staff.  Prepare all employment offers and follow up on receiving and tracking of documents required Responsible for payroll preparation. Provide the needed administrative support and coordinate with PRO’s regarding visa issuance, renewals and cancellations. To follow up the administration of employment visas, residency’s, and health cards Prepares periodic reports for management’s use in accordance with Corporate and government requirements, such as turnover report,IT monthly report,monthly score card ,Life and medical insurance report etc.
