Work Experience• Responsible for all quality meetings and committees from creation and follow up its outcomes with the attendees to closing. • Responsible for hospital internal complain system starting from report creation and onsite investigation with the staff to closing with recommendations and corrective actions.• Make daily Monitoring of call center calls with customers and evaluating it according to quality standards and submit the result with recommendation to the team leader and CRM manger.• Responsible for policies and procedures updates and announcement to all hospital departments via hospital system.• Regularly audits patient's files to ensure compliance to quality standards as well as state and federal regulations.• Submit the monthly reports of quality achievements to quality director for request recommendation.

Work Experience• Make analysis of Raw materials, Packaging Materials according to quality standards to take the final decision for approval or rejection.• Sharing with the purchasing department in supplier’s evaluation according to materials quality.• Make external audit with purchasing department on our suppliers to ensure the applying of GMP standards. • Responsible for putting the technical data sheet for the new materials according to its standards.• Check for production processes during semi-finished to control each step starting form weighting, adding and mixing.• Responsible for finished product analysis by checking samples according to batch size to review product shape, weight, sealing, production and expiration date. • Analysis of rework and scrap reasons and compare its percentage with previous months to discuss it with production and quality manger.• Responsible for corrective actions cycle starting from corrective action creating and meeting with responsible departments till putting the action plan with its due dates.• Make monthly report for corrective actions effectiveness to discuss it for improvement• Set up factory Policies & Procedures according to (ISO 9001-2008) standard requirements.• Share with the internal audit team in policies and procedures audit according to the plan.• Implementation of GMP, 5S and pest control programmers in the factory.• Submit the monthly reports of quality KPI and corrective actions to quality and plant manager
