Work Experience• Responsible for all quality meetings and committees from creation and follow up its outcomes with the attendees to closing. • Responsible for hospital internal complain system starting from report creation and onsite investigation with the staff to closing with recommendations and corrective actions.• Make daily Monitoring of call center calls with customers and evaluating it according to quality standards and submit the result with recommendation to the team leader and CRM manger.• Responsible for policies and procedures updates and announcement to all hospital departments via hospital system.• Regularly audits patient's files to ensure compliance to quality standards as well as state and federal regulations.• Submit the monthly reports of quality achievements to quality director for request recommendation.
