• Assist in the recruitment process.• Creating and publishing job ads in various portals.• Screening resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.• Schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual interviews.• Conducting phone interviews for certain positions and competency-based interviews for junior and standard positions.• Communicating with candidates to provide updates and gather necessary information.•Answering any follow up/support questions any of the interest candidates may have.• Updating candidate information accurately and in a timely manner.• Assisting in the preparation of new hire documentation and ensure completion of required forms.• Completion of new hires on-boarding checklists. • Scheduling meetings and interviews and manage calendars for the TA team.• Documenting interview results (accepted/rejected/waiting, etc...) for future analysis.• Accurately informing the candidates with the job offer and confirm their acceptance/rejection.
