The Electric Vehicle Rally(EVER) is an energy efficiency competition. EVER is giving young engineers the opportunity to challenge and asses their technical and creative skills in designing, building and developing an urban concept of an electric vehicleEVER is the first Automotive student competition in the MENA region and the only competition of its kind in the world serving a full educational project as the competition is responsible for the technical mentor ship of the participating students, financial support and manufacturing supervision till they achieve their target of designing and building a Made in Egypt One seatr Urban vehicle prototype.

Assist in the implementation of “Electric Vehicle Rally” project, funded by Academy of ScientificResearch and Technology, powered by Innovation Hub “Ihub” in Ain Shams University Faculty ofEngineering with a budget of 10 million Egyptian pounds;• Coordinate project activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to companypolicies;• Assist the Project Director activities and operations and secure business needs;• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures;• Organize conferences, orientation events, networking social events; Prepare detailed events’proposals and budget estimates;• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data;• Track stocks of project supplies and place orders when necessary;• Assisting the organization’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date;• Act as the point of contact for internal and external communication;

Manage all the correspondence with in and outside the organization ;• Record all the incoming and outgoing letters and documents ;• Conveys all the required instructions and policies of the organization to the staff ;• Ensure the maintenance of attendance register and prepare salaries sheet for the staff;• Responsible for interviewing & hiring staff ;• Responsible to deal all the accounts of the organization and settle all matters of banks ;• Maintain all accounts records in soft as well as in hard form ;• Responsible to submit the financial reports

Menofia

Responsible for the implementation of Youth Employment in Developing Urban Areas Project, a SFD fundedproject with a budget of one million Egyptian pounds;• Develop and implement reporting and monitoring mechanisms, including a comprehensive tracking system tomonitor project activities;• Provide periodic inputs for the preparation of project related work plans, periodic progress reports and finalproject reports to SFD and Life Makers counterparts;• Contribute to planning and delivering periodic awareness and outreach events on the concept of heath care,education and youth employment to the relevant and potential partners;• Monitoring the financial settlements and maintaining budget line as in the contract, providing monthly,periodic and final financial reports to SFD and Life Makers’ board of directors;• In close coordination with Directorate of Health in Menofia and health Administration in Menouf City, tofacilitate the execution of the project activities

Menofia

Undertake regular field and site visits and duty travel to monitor progress and activities of the World Bankfunded projects in Menofia;• Develop weekly and monthly monitoring reports to SFD and World Bank on the work has been done, thechallenges, lessons learned and recommendation for the next programming;• Maintain regular liaison with SFD and World Bank partners of the NGOs and CSOs at the local level; Provideprofessional technical assistance to the project team and as required
