Achieving ISO 9001:2015 certification for quality management and ISO 3834-2:2005 for welding quality standards were significant milestones during my time as an insurance engineer at Iranian Steel Company. In this role, I assessed and managed risks for various projects, evaluating potential hazards and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. I conducted incident investigations, prepared detailed reports, and organized training sessions to promote safety awareness. Additionally, I documented the work of all positions within the company, ensuring clear communication and comprehensive records. Collaborating closely with project managers and engineers, I helped integrate effective risk management strategies into our operations, contributing to a safer work environment.
