1. Checking, analyzing and recording daily accounting transaction into the software with proper supporting.2. Checking & reviewing all relevant third party bill such as surveyor’s bill, legal bill, hospitals and others related to Claims department and proper filling up with job file for future references & reconciliation of the vendor’s ledger regularly.3. Prepare invoices (As per quotation/agreement, valid conversation etc.) and send to the principal by mail, courier etc. and follow up until collection.4. Maintaining accounting controls & compliance by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.5. Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

1.Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.2.Preparing payments, disbursements, and performing reconciliations.3.Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.4. Maintains financial security by following internal controls.5.Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.

1.Basic responsibility daily account maintains as per accounts/audit rules.2. Prepare & filing of all vouchers i.e. Receipts & Payment, Maintain Journal voucher, Cash Book, General Ledger and posting in accounting software.3. Entering invoices in the database for managing account payable/receivable, corrects accounting errors and posts journal entry adjustments and handling all accounting operations.4. Perform day to day banking business and liaise with bank and carry out necessary correspondence & reconcile various bank accounts by compiling and balancing financial information.5. To verify requisitions of materials from different projects & ensure the factory local purchase, vouching in real time & monthly wise payment schedule making.6. To maintain the monthly salary & wages payment (local & foreign) & maintain filing for every month.7. Providing necessary support to process balance sheet, P/L statements and other financial statements as required.etc.
