We are a French company with offices in 45+ countries and over 1500 employees globally.The mission of Artist Services is to serve and develop all artists with maximum transparency, expertise and innovation in all local markets in the world.As an A&R, my job role includes:- Identify and sign independent artists across diverse genres, including hip-hop, pop, and indie, expanding the company's artist roster - Manage accounts for renowned artists such as Lucky Ali, Bollywood composer duo Sachin Jigar, hip-hop talents like Ikka, Brodha V, 7BantaiZ, and international pop sensations like Bilal Saeed from Pakistan, and numerous artists from Bangladesh. - Utilize streaming analytics to project artists' audio and video performance, optimizing content and marketing investments for maximum impact.- Serve as the key liaison between artists and Believe, overseeing legal processes, contract execution, and creative campaign planning.- Direct digital and editorial marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with streaming platforms and digital stores, and overseeing publishing, sync, and branding deals.- Use various new-age digital tools to analyse the success of an artist's release campaigns, driving data-driven decisions.- Currently spearheading the identification and development of a new market for Believe Artist Services in Bangladesh.

- Exclusive Manager: Benny Dayal and Funktuation- Developed and implemented a comprehensive finance tracking system to ensure the financial stability and success of both artists.- Execute all aspects of artist management from bookings, touring, profile building, public relations, social media, collaborations, branding, music production, releases, and video production.- Spearheaded the growth of Funktuation, an independent Funk band from Chennai. Managed music distribution, and tour planning, orchestrated album launch, collaborated with music labels, analysed performance metrics of the album/singles, and secured partnerships with relevant brands, music venues and festivals.

Rahman, Benny Dayal, Shreya Ghoshal, Mohan, Sachin-Jigar, Haricharan, Ranjith Govind, Funktuation, and many more.I helped BTOS build artist management portfolio for all the exclusive artists. From planning tours, single/album releases, collaborations, audio-video content, reality show pitches, and more, we partner with our artists to create interesting and unique propositions.BTOS is also a booking agency wherein we book other non-exclusive artists be it musicians, dancers, stand-up comedians, or even unique acts at best, affordable rates for existing clientele and even the newer ones. I help them curate acts and suggest artists for the same.To sum up, I was into the following roles for the company:- Music consultation and curation of acts for various online & offline events- Established a robust network of industry connections (B2B and B2C).- Brand and artist connect (getting brand endorsement deals for both non-exclusive and exclusive artists from the roster).- Managed show bookings
