• Executive management and coordination of all ChickP’s projects through methodical, thorough and diligent work• Development of project scopes, objectives and plans ensuring technical feasibility • Liaise with leading national and international industrial companies as well as potential investors• Full responsibility on product and process development, management of all projects operational aspects including budgeting• Coordinate and integrate the three pillars of ChickP: Product development, Process development, and Business development• An understanding of Intellectual property and strong working knowledge of the patent process

• Executive management and performance of research studies in food allergy and maternal and child nutrition (the Nutrition laboratory of Prof. Ram Reifen):- Development of novel high-quality vegetarian foods- Development of food-allergen elimination strategies to be applied in the food industry- Minerals bioavailability - Nutritional Epigenetics- Microbiome • Provide technical and management expertise and leadership in study design, ethical approval submissions, grants and patents applications, performing experiments, analyzing data and interpreting results • Lead collaboration with the food industry (i.e. R&D center of Tnuva group, including active participation in unique dairy product development), having an ability to think strategically and to align scientific and commercial strategies• Provide professional literature review and information services, including the use of scientific and medical databases, and precise analysis and interpretation of scientific literature• Write and publish papers in peer-reviewed journals • Lead multidisciplinary collaboration with top national and international research groups • Implement new research methodologies and protocols• Present research extensively in national and international conferences, transfer information at the highest scientific levels • Train a team of students and laboratory colleagues
