raqsadnū:studios is my own creative container and invitation that serves as a place for explorations and collaborations of regenerative and liberatory practices, worldviews and stories for our fragmented times.It holds within it different streams, currently taking in:∙ raqsadnū:writing: my own exploratory and creative research, writing, and poetry∙ raqsadnū:circles: hosted writing circles and other circles for shared exploration of different themes∙ raqsadnū:collaborations: collaborations and collaborative projectsIn time, raqsadnū:studios will also hopefully see the emergence of raqsadnū:conversations (recorded conversations learning from and with others) and raqsadnū:explorations (collaborative research enquiries).

How can we come together within our digital realms of work in more healthy and relational ways?I collaborate with and support people, teams and organisations on working together digitally, while also integrating regenerative and ethics-focused questioning in my work. This is rooted in over 10+ years of experience within the field of intranets, digital workplaces and Knowledge Management, where I’ve worked as a practitioner, consultant, researcher, writer, speaker and meeting facilitator. In particular, I'm interested in areas such as: the relationship between ESG, DEI and digital work; digital inclusivity; digital ethics; organisational culture; distributed working; knowledge flow; digital collaboration; and futures of work.I provide support and collaboration through knowledge services, research, authoring, speaking and facilitating within these areas. This includes: ∙ organisation- and people-focused research (for example, for the discovery phase of a project, with clear findings and recommendations)∙ topic-focused research (for example, a deep dive into a particular topic of interest)∙ support for and writing of DEI-focused internal communications∙ helping tell the story and learnings of a project or programme, for example through case studies∙ designing and facilitating interactive gatherings for senior leaders to explore and learn about a topic of interest together∙ speaking on podcasts and panels, and also at gatherings with students, senior leaders, and practitioners∙ and more!

Thrivemind Village is a community-rooted dream for Derby and the wider world. With a beautiful, muralled space located on the high street, it's an invitation for changemakers, community groups, families, friends, and the public to gather, take a rest, learn, dream and bring into being what futures they desire. Thrivemind Village's values of health, justice and regeneration underpin all it does, engaging its own voluntary Changemakers, Co-Directors collective, and Derby's public to co-create the space's offerings. This includes a space for community groups to use, a radical library of social change-focused books, campaigns such as co-designing what a 'Feminist City' would look like for Derby, pop-up vegan kitchen, and more. As part of the Co-Directors Collective, I provide support and questioning for the Village in any way that they need me, rooted in helping them live their values through their decision-making. This particularly makes use of my experience in the corporate sector and exploring how regenerative practice can guide them, together with my research and writing skills. Working with DWG on a freelance basis, I work within a number of different areas, such as:∙ Content Lead and Co-Facilitator for DWG Trailblazers, a gathering for ambitious senior digital workplace leaders to explore and learn together critical topics for their work. Past gatherings have focused on topics such as AI and the digital workplace, Reimagining Innovation, and Building Effective Digital Workplace teams.∙ Authoring research papers as part of their annual member research programme, including sharing findings through podcasts and member events∙ Providing knowledge support for in-person Member Meetings

Covering a variety of areas, including:- Co-author of DWG's book with Paul Miller (DWG's Founder and CEO at-the-time), on "Nature of Work: The new story of working for a living age" (visit www.natureofwork.com)- Authoring research reports in digital workplace and intranet practice, such as the inclusive digital workplace, digital ethics, hybrid working, and collaboration.- Event management, content production and co-facilitation of Executive Circles, covering topics such as 'Reimagining healthy innovation', and 'Beyond hybrid working'.- Managing AskDWG, a knowledge service for DWG's members. Researcher and Consultant:- Providing research and consultancy expertise on a number of social intranet and digital workplace projects, working with Digital Workplace Group's members and clients. I also previously provided:Marketing support:- Providing writing and editorial support to DWG's marketing team, particularly through the writing of articles for their expert blog.Community Management support:- Building relationships within the intranet and digital workplace community, on behalf of Digital Workplace Group.

Providing consultancy, project and account management support to a programme seeking to make use of social technology to enable knowledge sharing within a law firm.

Responsible for collaborating with Jinfo's Director of Research on identifying Webinar and Community Session topics for their Research Focuses, creating session materials, and leading the process from conception to completion. This also involved contributing to different Topic Series', including commissioning articles from others.

Working with RPC and University of Westminster on a project aimed at making use of social technologies to achieve Knowledge Management (KM) objectives and to support knowledge sharing behaviour. The role included facilitating the transfer of knowledge between RPC and the University, to support the project within RPC and also the development of academic knowledge.
