 I have complete project at sponge iron (2*100tpd) DRI plant, (Installation of pcc panel, Mcc panel , plc. drive, indoor substation 33/433v(TR 1600kva) & also installation of all equipment like as 3ph motor (0.37kw to 75kw), QRT, RTD-PT100 (0 to 300), k-type thermocouple(0 to 1200),pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter , screw compressor. O&M of 33 kV line and indoor substation (TR-1600kva). Cable laying like (1.5sqmm/2.5sqmm/4sqmm/16sqmm/50sqmm/70sqmm//120sqmm/185sqmm/400sqmm) and HR cable (3c/2c), screen cable (10c/7c), pair cable. Operating & Good Knowledge of PLC (Schneider Electric M-560), programming in Ishani Elec-tronics & latest HMI & SCADA Design. Knowledge on working of all Electrical Equipment like LT Motors, LT Panels, AC Drives(Yaskawa V1000), lighting, earthing and weigh feeder (load cell-50kg), their operation, maintenance, Trouble shooting, shift operations, Route cause Analysis etc. Well Conversant with process instruments and calibration procedures and maintenance like RTD, Thermocouple (k-type), Pressure Transmitter, Temperature Transmitter, QRT, etc.  Preventive Maintenance & operation of ESP (Electro Static Precipitators), ESP transformer & Ash conveying systems. Doing the planning and managing the preventive maintenance, condition monitoring and break down maintenance and also actively participate in Shut Down job. O&M of Dol, Star Delta starter, R-Dol, Power & Control contractor, cable sizing.  Operating and maintenance work of screw compressor and DG set (380kva*2, 320kva).  Maintain of power factor of APFC system. Knowledge of CT and PT. Operation of 33kv HT panel (VCB) and up to 430v LT panel (ACB). Emergency power arrangement for power failure time. Ensure Electrical safety of human, Tools, Tackles & Equipments in their respective work areas.

 Quite efficient in handling all types of Maintenance work of rotary sponge iron kilns & coolers of capacities (1*50) TPD. Overhauling and trouble shoot solve of 3phase AC motor up to 75 kw, 430v, Hydraulic packs, emergency cap and also all types of maintenance work of vibrating screens motor, weigh feeder motor, load cell magnetic separators, crushers etc. Preventive Maintenance & operation of ESP (Electro Static Precipitators), ESP transformer & Ash conveying systems. Doing the planning and managing the preventive maintenance, spear maintenance, condition monitoring and break down maintenance and also actively participate in Shut Down job. Installation of control panel, earthing, cable laying, cable Gland, cable termination.  O&M of Dol, star delta starter, r-dol, power & control contractor, cable sizing.  Megger Test (motor, dtr, cable insulation & earthings) & continuity check. Operating and maintenance work of screw compressor and DG set (380kva*2, 320kva). Maintain of power factor of APFC system. Operating and maintenance work of thermocouple, RTD, QRT and pressure transmitter. Operating of plc. And Drive panel. O&m of transformer like power T/F, distribution T/F. Knowledge of CT and PT. Operation of 33kv HT panel (VCB) and up to 430v LT panel (ACB). Emergency power arrangement for power failure time.
