1.To ensure proper preparation and submission all concern Income Tax File. 2.Submission of Directors Tax Return for Tax Assessment. 3.Preparation of proper documentation for return submission and obtain final assessment order and clearance certificate. 4.Assisting to concern accounts department for tax related issues. 5.Computation of taxable Income of employees & TDS calculation. 6.Monitor monthly TDS/VDS deduction from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the Govt. treasury. 7.Collection of treasury challans and respective certificates from clients. 8.Maintain all level of communications with the Tax office, VAT commissioner, division office & Customs office etc. 9.Manage tax compliance process and coordinate tax Assessment with Tax authorities. 10.Correspond with consultant & Tax Authority for Appeal, Tribunal & High Court, if required. 11.Dealing the matters of taxable income of employees & TDS and also prepare & issue of Salary & TDS certificate u/s-58 & E-TIN activation for employees. 12.Preparation & submission of monthly TAX return (U/s-177) and related documents to TAX authority in timely manner. 13. Communicate to NBR and other regulatory bodies in connection to Tax matters. 14.Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records with respect to income tax-related issues, TDS, AIT & other hearing-related documents. 15. Collection & Verification of AIT Challan. 16.Perform all other works as per direction of Management.
