Assumed responsibility for developing the gourmet culinary product line of 125 products. Responsible for sourcing products from Europe and managing inventory. Recruited, trained, and managed over 50 independent sales representatives to increase the sales in North America, restructured a compensation program resulting in an increase of over 500 new clients which include major retailers n the housewares industry. Created, managed, and executed a low cost marketing plan, while building strong awareness.
