Shina is a graduate of political science education, who graduated from Ekiti State University, a teacher with so much wealth of experience about the pros and cons of the teaching profession. He's served/taught in both the public and private branch of the sector, in different capacities ranging from primary school class teacher, to government and civic education teacher cum Christian religious studies. He's also an entrepreneur.
