Monitoring and supporting the House Keeping staff in delivering a high quality. cleaning Standard consistently. Total receipts and balance against sales, deposit receipts, Petty cash expenses reports etc. Identify and estimate quantity of food , beverages , expiry dates of food items. Maintain relationships with customers & staff . Update and use job related knowledge. Schedule staff work hours and activities . Evaluate health and safety practices against standards. Handling Guest Complaints , Records, Food testing, Costing, P & L Accounts, Daily Briefing , Monthly Material Inventory, Maintain Feedback File with Comments of Guests, Improve quality & standards against any complaint.
