I am involved in selecting suitable components and sub-assemblies; vendors for supplying these and negotiations with vendors for price, delivery and selecting system integrators in different countries i.e. USA, China, Taiwan and India. As Senior Manager Production I oversee the manufacturing process and make sure that production lines are running smoothly and efficiently. I work closely with supervisors and maintenance staff to plan work, set targets and make sure the finished products meet quality standards. I am involved with the planning, coordination and control of production activities for the capacity of 200,000 units, to meet forecasted business targets.
