I am actively involved in a British non-profit humanitarian organization based in London, where our focus lies in creative teaching for Roma children. Our primary objective is to combat prejudice and discrimination against the Roma Youth community within educational and professional settings. Through the powerful mediums of art, photography, music, and dance, we strive to portray Roma youth in a positive light, thus challenging societal ostracism. My engagement in this noble cause stems from a genuine love for music and art, as well as a deep appreciation for the incredible creative potential exhibited by the Roma children we have the privilege to work with.

As the Nightclub Manager, my responsibilities were multifaceted and included orchestrating exclusive evenings and events, implementing impactful promotional campaigns, curating renowned DJ lineups, overseeing the seamless execution of club events, and diligently managing the recruitment and supervision of service personnel, including waitstaff and bartenders. I took on this role with great enthusiasm, leveraging my successful contacts and managerial abilities to provide invaluable support to my dear friends who were the club owners.By day, I dedicated myself to developing Shindiri, while by night, I pursued pleasure and embraced the vibrant nightlife culture.

While simultaneously pursuing my studies, I took on the instrumental role of Lead Designer and Creative Director, meticulously shaping the aesthetic direction and user experience of the renowned auto magazine "Auto Klub" in Serbia. Through my passion for visually captivating layouts and impactful graphics, I contributed to the magazine's success in captivating readers and delivering engaging automotive content. During this transformative period, I also founded Shindiri Studio and embarked on the exciting journey of building my own company, laying the foundations for its future growth and success.

During a pivotal period in my professional design journey, I skillfully balanced my studies while making significant strides in my career. I undertook various design projects that showcased my versatility and creativity. This included not only the complete redesign of packages for "PoviCom," but also designing captivating layouts for magazines, eye-catching party flyers, and visually appealing book covers. My versatile design skills led to a transformative impact on "PoviCom," propelling them from the 87th position to becoming one of the top 10 companies in the country for selling food ingredients. This achievement served as a catalyst for further collaborations with esteemed clients such as "Unijapak," "Yumis," and numerous other notable brands, contributing to their success through my creative and impactful designs.
