I love playing the part of someone else and getting highly paid to do it; a mix of everything but mainly the go-to person for all things admin — I'm what they call the "bubbly EA" 💁‍♀️Experienced in SaaS coming from Uber & Canva, and in FinTech all the way from Nasdaq, as part of the operations management + business development + service delivery teams, I pivoted to a completely different career path in digital marketing & consultancy as an Executive Assistant supporting the CEO scale his business by creating systemized workflows, building efficient sales processes as well as streamlined calendaring and inbox procedures, monitoring cash flow, auditing finances, onboarding and invoicing clients, developing dashboard accesses, optimizing client records, booking client calls, managing key projects and community channel inquiries, running social media stats updates, organizing team huddles and offsite meetings, arranging flights, restaurants and hotel accommodations, preparing reports and the list goes on.This wide array of experiences enables me to bring a hands-on and well-rounded approach to my job, combining creativity & resourcefulness with practical skills.Having remotely worked with 🇳🇿🇦🇺🇺🇸🇬🇧 companies over the last 5 years, I can safely say that the values I uphold in terms of dealing with my personal and professional life have massively changed as I:•learned to see and advocate for the worth & quality of the service I provide•enforced boundaries on the amount of work I can take and delegate•prioritized my well-being to be able to always show up as my ✨best version✨ and pour from a happy, healthy cupOutside of my 9-to-5 grind, I'm a whole lot more: I'm a trained first-aid responder and certified phlebotomist because I've always had a knack for saving lives. ⛑️💉🩸I learned baking 👩‍🍳 and eventually put up a pastry business that I'm truly fervent about.I run a (goat)farm in the province, a piggery and a poultry too.I'm an outdoorsy kinda gal, hence, the undying love for everything nature.🌿And oh, I'm a furmomma 🐶I've been on stages growing up doing sports like muay thai and running but I also dance, act, sing, play ukulele and do 'radio broadcasting' as a theater kid & campus journalist.I can speak Deutsch too, and I took all these with me as I navigate adulthood.At 23, it feels like the world is daunting, but it's exciting to put myself out there, learn languages, love people, leave places, share my faith, find my tribe and purpose, outgrow my passions, and do everything else.Hi, let's connect! jbpalero1@up.edu.ph :)
