In-charge of complete and full-fledged Documentation Management System. This includes, complete range of Technical documentation (Hard Copies / Soft Copies) like Drawings, Material Submittal, Inspection Request, Manuals, Reports, Calculations, Technical Specifications, Purchase requisition etc.• Provide general administration support as required by the Project Manager.• Responsible for co-ordination with Client, Engineering Contractors, Joint Venture Partners, Subcontractors & Project Management Team and other Internal Departments for Documentation related issues.• Preparation of process and status reports regarding quality/technical inspections carried out by engineers.• Produce reports as required by management & other parties from time to time. Ensure all project documents/drawings & correspondences are available in paper version & electronic version (scanned & native format).
