Buyer for Perfumes, Skincare, Cosmetics and various mass products & ToiletriesResponsible for inventory, sales, staffing, promotions, and Marketing activities for the brands like Giorgio Armani, Yves Saint Laurent,Kiehls,Prada,Biotherm,Diesel,Lancome,Valentino, L’Oreal Paris, Prada, Skin Ceuticals, Helena Rubinstein, Atelier Cologne, Bvlgari, Clarins, Pat Mc Grath, Mimo, Victoria’s Secret, Rituals, , Revlon, , Nivea, and Various Toiletries brands.Develop and implement sourcing strategy for unique style concept stores in Duty free retail.• Accurate and timely procurement of related products and services.• Product selection and development, sourcing, ordering, and shipping of new & existing range of products.• Complete negotiation with suppliers on price, shipping terms and marketing support.• Execution of marketing strategy to cover in store experience, signage, and promotions.• Ensure that the merchandise is displayed according to the VM guidelines and customers can easily shop for what they need.• Report and resolve any problem related to stock loss, damage, or return by liaising with relevant departments such as security, merchandising stock control, warehouse and or concerned other entities.• Make sure short stocks are identifying well in advance and act to avoid lost sales.• Promotion planning and execution• Range reviews and space optimization• Analysis sales figures, budget, target, and forecasting future sales.• Coordination with brands for media investments in airport.• BAs – occasional briefing, monthly budget allocation, performance analysis, and incentive processing.

Reviewing Stock Status for each month• Market visits and price comparisons versus various markets and Duty Frees• Detect selling & non-selling items• Preparation of New Order and Reorder.• Negotiating Prices with suppliers• Order Processing through ERP• Preparation of various reports based on business needs.

Item Card creations• Check the pro-forma invoice against Purchase order.• Performing price comparisons against local markets and other duty frees• Managing and archived quality documentations• Supporting buyer for monthly order preparations• Coordinate with warehouse on shipment status. Provide necessary documents and shipping information.• Creation of monthly promotions• Communicating with beauty advisers regarding sales, stocks and promotions• Collaborating with buyers for special events and seasonal promotions to maintain adequate product stock and drive sales
