Rules and Responsibilities:- Supports KMT Management in communication and decisions related to HSE.- Ensure that all hazards associated with KMT activities (GP Track - Karting - Dragster - Drifting Arena - Motocross - Rally Cross - OFF-Road - Sand dune area and other premises) are identified, assessed and the appropriate controls are put in place to reduce risks.- Ensure fire trucks, ambulances, wreckers are in place and ready to respond to an incident at a moment's notice.- Develop, review and approve JSA, procedures and provide the required training on preparation of JSA.- Improve employee’s skills to execute their responsibilities in HSE program by conducting regular Trainings on various HSE related subjects.- Advice Management of the requirements of guidelines and procedures relevant to KMT safety.- Monitoring KMT activities to ensure that employees and contractors comply with KMT safety regulations.- Carrying out risk assessments and considering how risks could be reduced at KMT.- Carrying out regular inspections to check policies and procedures are being properly implemented.- Carrying out regular Emergency Mock Drills to ensure colleagues understand emergency procedures.- Educating new employees on emergency evacuation procedures in the event of any emergency.- Recording of incidents and accidents and producing statistics for managers.- Control the safety related documents of employees and contractors with HSE standards and, if applicable, provide the contractors with required safety training.- Advising on a range of specialist areas, e.g. fire regulations, hazardous substances, noise, safeguarding machinery and occupational diseases.- Coordinate KMT inspection programs.- Ensure personal protective equipment are being used KMT.- Ensure all KMT facilities are safe and there is no hazards or risks to KMT employees, contractors and visitors/spectators.- Prepare and submit annual budget for the requirement of safety items.

Demand for freshwater supplies in arid and semi-arid regions in Egypt is on the rise because of increasing populations and limited water supplies. This problem is exemplified in Sinai Peninsula of Egypt, where scarcity of water resources is contributing to political instability, disputes, conflicts, and terrorism.
