Corporate Treasury• To plan and monitor company’s cash inflow and outflow.• To ensure sufficient fund for operations’ need and maximize the yield / interest earning on excess cash via placement in Fixed Deposit/ Short Term Money Market with external banks.• Monitor and manage the Trustee’s Fund; to ensure compliance with eMoney guideline.• To review and negotiate interest rates offered by the banks for all REPO and FD Placement (on a timely basis) to maximize yield earnings.• To produce Daily Cash Flow for company.• To develop company’s monthly cash flow forecast.• To be involved in all banking related matters.• Relook at the end to end process for Treasury, implemented standardization and automation of process.• Liaison with trustee related to banking and settlement matters• Involve in Account Receivable collections.• Assist in Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) e-money reporting and liaison with BNM on the fund flow.Project Management• To study and develop end to end process flow chart for entire Finance division.• To be in charge of continuous process improvement for the division such as review of entire Finance SOPs and obtaining necessary approvals thereof.• To drive and oversee all projects in Finance such as:  Server migration and system upgrade - from hardware purchasing to the implementation and migration process. Auto-reconciliation Project which involves the selection, implementation and go-live.• Liaison with external and internal auditors on all audit related matters.• Assist Head of Finance on staff planning and job scope assignment for optimal efficiency and productivity.

• Responsible for banking related matters, manage new bank accounts opening, changes in signing conditions, Loan facilities, Bank Guarantee, Online banking, payment facilities and Easy Payment Scheme applications.• Monitor and manage the group’s cash flow, review daily bank balances (approximately 80 bank accounts), arrange fund transfer for inter-company to ensure sufficient fund for operations’ need, maximize the yield / interest earning on excess cash via placement in Fixed Deposits / Short Term Money Market/Unit Trust with external banks.• Review cash management system, recommend process and policies for improvement.• In-charge of Account Receivable (AR), leading a team of 8 subordinates to prepare AR aging, manage billings, monitor collections and ensure timely bank in and recording. • Assist Account Payable (AP) team on payments planning.• Formulate and review accounting & operations processes/policies throughout the Department to ensure accounting and financial reports accurately reflect the conditions of the business and provide reliable information for control and management purposes

• Perform treasury and banking related matters, especially in Forex Transactions, new bank accounts opening, changes in signing conditions, Bank Guarantee applications, Online banking applications, payment facilities and Easy Payment Scheme applications.• Experienced in monitoring and review daily bank balances (approximately 30 bank accounts inclusive of multi currencies bank accounts), maximize the yield / interest earning on excess cash via placement in Fixed Deposits / Short Term Money Market with external banks.• In-charged of Accounts Payable, leading a team of 4 subordinates to prepare payments, claims, creditors reconciliation bank reconciliation and invoices capturing.• Implementation of Host to Host payment method.• Managed the forex requirements on daily basis.• Liaison with auditors on accounting, treasury, financial and other matters
