- Responsible for the overall functioning of the Crew Control operation and work as a critical role in the operations structure for monitoring and improving the operation plan. - Lead a team of specialist responsible of making decisions within short time constraints, without compromising on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) such as cost, compliance, fatigue risk, operational integrity and crew satisfaction. - Liaise with various parts of the business directly or indirectly related to the operations of the airline including Flight Deck & Cabin Crew Management, the Operation Control Centre (OCC) team, and Network Operations Management
