• Product Manager for MyFuture Platform (www.myfuture.net). • Developed and executed 18-month product roadmap to rebuild and redesign MyFuture user experience for 3 interfaces, for youth, Club Staff and volunteers, and Administrators. • Created and executed a product strategy that saves over $150k/year in licensing, hosting and maintenance costs, and increased engagement with user base by over 300% previous engagement.• Prioritizes backlog and upcoming work and acts as primary liaison with stakeholders including senior leadership, high-level funders, strategic partners and product users. • Manages on-shore and off-shore development teams for MyFuture.net using Scrum methodology.• Member of BGCA’s COVID-19 Taskforce, responsible for driving organization alignment for crisis management and recovery. • Leads out on technology within Virtual Club initiative to help local affiliates serve kids and teens through distance and virtual programming, with growth to over 3,600 affiliates. • Partnered with sales/fundraising team to secure over $20M in funding for digital youth engagement initiative.

Responsible for managing and directing cross-functional project teams to execute contracted deliverables on time and on budget. • Project Managed the design, pilot, and launch of the ‘Operation: REACH’ Game in iOS and Android with a budget of $1.75M over 2 years, 9 internal team members, and 3 vendors resulting in third-party evaluation finding participants learned new ways to connect with others, increased knowledge of positive coping skills, and had fun while doing so.• Directed account management activities for a corporate partnership portfolio valued at $40M+ Cash and $150M+ in-kind donations to BGCA. • Ensured funder satisfaction through high-level project management and stewardship, resulting in securing of $11M in renewal contracts, $2M in incremental opportunities and over $800k of in-kind opportunities. • Led cross-functional project teams and established robust plans outlining account strategy, performance analysis, budgeting, contract deliverables, local marketing, program activations, and key stakeholder and funder meetings and presentations.

• Executed Global Zero’s track-II diplomatic initiatives and personally managed relationships with over 300 current and former heads of state, national security advisers, military commanders, and business, civic and faith leaders, including former Secretaries of State George Shultz and James Baker, Sir Richard Branson, Reverend Richard Cizik, Her Majesty Queen Noor among others;• Directed the planning and execution of diplomatic events, including budget planning and management, vendor management, participant coordination and event logistics for diplomatic events in Athens, Brussels, Istanbul, London, Los Angeles, Moscow, New York, Rome and Washington, D.C.;• Directed project planning, management and execution of policy initiatives, reports and events for the Global Zero NATO-Russia Commission, the Global Zero U.S. Nuclear Policy Commission, and the Global Zero Commission on Nuclear Risk Reduction; • Developed and implemented operational systems during Global Zero’s spin off from parent organization the World Security Institute including the set up and management of payroll, benefits, tax and invoicing systems; and managed non-profit business registration of Global in the District of Columbia.
