A person grows up when he’s able to overcome hardships. Protection is important, but there are some things that a person must learn on his own. This my friends is very important in today's society. Growing up, my biggest fear was always if I can be successful person. This fear came from the fact that in Indian households, men are mostly the bread earners. Although the situation is now changing. Anyways, I always feared if I can stand up to my parent's expectation. Then one day, I realised I had already overcome my biggest fear. It happened when my dad had to go out of town urgently for a month. So naturally, his work responsibility fell on my shoulders. I went and took care of our family business with my uncle. For me at the time it was natural that I had to fill in for my father. I took care of everything for a month and my father came back. Then one day he suddenly told me that my uncle gave salary for the fact that I looked after our business. That's when I realised that without even thinking about it, I was actually earning money for our family. That's when I realised how petty my fears were. No one is born with the knowledge of anything in this world. Everyone starts from somewhere. Without people realising, they start fearing the new things. They always think they can't do it, it looks way too hard. But the thing is, nothing is easy when we start. There's always a start. What we have to do is simply invest our time in it. We may be slow at start but with time we gain knowledge, then little by little we start understanding it. Then before we realise it, we are already doing what was way too hard. So never ever give up before even starting, it may feel like hell at start but believe me the that sense of fulfillment that you will get after success is incomparable. I believe as long as I do not loose this confidence and attitude, I will never have any problem making it big in my career. After all mindset is very important as to how far you can go in your life.
