SN works at Innovation Network Corporation of Japan aka 株式会社 産業革新機構 (INCJ) as Director to invest in startups in life science area.

SN was in charge of business development of biologics in Asia. He was hired as the first biologics representative in Asia because Catalent has been willing to expand their business in Asia. Hired in US, stationed in Japan, and reporting to VP in US. SN independently worked to establish Catalent biologics business, obtain regulatory approvals on Catalent technologies, and build relationships with key partners in Asia to promote the business.

SN was in charge of sales activities on Cellulosics and other pharmaceutical excipients in Japan/Korea to contribute final stages of drug developments from the chemical supplier side. His role included business developing of collaborative researches and marketing.

SN ran his own project just like “internal start-up biotech company”, and took full responsibility to realize a new scientific business model to develop drugs faster.
