I empower nonprofit and social impact organizations through Salesforce administration, including creating reports and dashboards, configuring objects and fields, and creating automations.

I manage the organization's Salesforce instance containing data for 10,000+ students.Projects and tasks included configuring objects and user management, creating automations, and integrating applications. I am also responsible for onboarding new staff members to Salesforce and related applications and supporting data reporting needs.
