Shinichi Noguchi, as a founder and CEO of BOSCA Co.,Ltd., mainly supports the management and business development of local ventures and has been involved in the start-up of numerous social entrepreneurs and local government policy-making. Currently, Shinichi is also the director and COO of Kitasanriku Factory, a regenerative seafood venture in the town of Hirono, Iwate Prefecture, a senior strategic advisor to Fukuyama City, Hamamatsu City and other governments, and the representative director of Smart Work Lab, a specified non-profit organisation.Shinichi received a Master in Business Administrative (MBA) from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland.
