Supervise strategy and implementation of all revenue generation adequate to meet the fiscal obligations of Shining Light Ministries.Maintain a positive public image, and a high level of visibility in the community while ministering to the needs of all our constituents.Manage policies and procedures which ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and statues; prepare agendas and attend Board Meetings to keep the Board informed about ongoing activities; supervise the recruitment, selection and hiring of all staff; in conjunction with the Board, be responsible for all financial agreements and contracts; assist in preparing an annual operating budget for approval by the Board and allocate the resources necessary to carry out our programs and objectives; and review monthly financial statements and take appropriate corrective action to maintain proper budgetary integrity; and manage the cash flow and operating funds to meet the needs of our Mission’s ongoing operations, facilities and staff.I motivate all staff to seek excellence in performing their duties and provide skill training opportunities as needed.
