Head of Operations at Morgan Stanley Futures (China) Co., Ltd., a China in-house broker wholly owned by the firm. Responsibilities include:1. Lead the build-out of MSFC so it successfully meets regulatory milestones and business to commence. Partner with onshore and offshore teams in designing operational processes and technology solutions that meet regulatory requirements and business & client demands.2. Manage and supervise daily processes performed by MSFC Ops team, including but not limited to client onboarding & account opening, clearing & settlement with exchanges and clients, provision of client statements, reconciliation of transactions between trading system, depositary banks and exchange records. Work closely with the team to ensure processes are performed with accuracy, completeness and timeliness.3. Perform supervisory checks on processes performed by the team according to the firm's internal policies, procedures and related documents. Lead the team to ensure departmental procedures, policies and operational standards are followed.4. Ensure work is performed by the team in accordance to relevant laws, regulations, and provisions from CSRC. Participate or lead the team to participate in internal and external regulatory and audit inspection, testing, reviews and inquiries.5. Manage and perform administrative tasks related to team and people management, including but not limited to review and maintenance of the team's work allocation, capacity utilization, delivering and organizing training plans, provide coaching and feedbacks to the team.6. Report regularly to Asia Branch Ops and Head of MSFC on working status, project progress and updates with regard to exchanges' rules and market practices.

Deputy of Futures Operations and Specialist of Futures Clearing & Settlement Operations. Main responsibilities: 1. Daily clearing & settlement of exchange listed derivatives traded on domestic futures exchanges. 2. Reconciliation of trades, positions and balances with both internal and external parties. 3. Processing of margin deposit & withdrawal, collateral pledging, hedging quota application, options exercising as well as physical delivery of futures contracts.4. Providing customized clearing services and operational support to institutional investors including major international investment banks, hedge funds and sovereign wealth funds. 5. Serving as the backup of the head of futures operations and assisting him manage the team. Acting as the head of futures operations during his absence.6. Other responsibilities include process improvement, system requirement analysis, management & regulatory reporting and so on.
